6/21/06 - The dog days of summer ! Had computer crash and lost most off my recordings ! I saved a few that were not finished, but enough to continue on. Yes, now I have back up on all material. That set me back some,but will not defeat me. Still working in the studio. Hope to have some tunes finished soon !

5/5/06 - Beltane Blessing ! It's Spring Time ! Talked to Medieval Steels vocalist Bobby Franklin. Guiatarist/Scott Jones is playing bass with a another band temporarly and they are not doing anything as a band at the moment. Update on me ! I'm working on a new and better website that I hope to up and running soon. I will be able to play our original music after we finish copywriting our originals. Thanks and rock-on !
4/8/2006- Happy Easter ! Update ; Have finished one song in the studio. Titled " False Beliefs " with guitarist/vocalist Tommy Miller. I have recorded 3 new songs have almost completed bass line and drum tracks. As soon as possible I will adding a player for all of you to hear a sample of the tunes ! So keep checking back. 4/1/06- April Fools Day ! The word is out and we have posted more adds for drummer and second guitarist. The studio/practice place was delayed when Guitarist/Vocalist, Tommy Miller had lightning strike and destroy Tommy's electrical. Burning a line to his effects processor{bigbucks !] plus, then traveling to his Bc. Rich," The Beast " was destroyed ,burning the strings completely off, and blowing a chunk of wood out of his guitar. Wow ! you talk about strange things happening ! Tommy, fortunatly did have insurance [whew !] and is gradually getting his ever expanding rig ready for action ! But ,due to recent responses on our musician adds things are looking good. We are about to finish the electrical on our studio. There will be songs available 2007. So keep it tuned and will update. Live Music is here !
3/3/06- Greetings all ! Sorry for the slack in updates. Things are not progressing the way I had hoped. I have been using this time to study the bass guitar and keyboards. I have set up my own home recording studio and I'm tweeking the programs and learning all I can about recording , producing and promoting music. Hope to get things rolling by spring. 10/30/2005 - It is now positive that I will not be re-joining Medieval Steel at least for now. My heart isn't there anymore. It's 2005 and things change, or are suppose to. I have recruited vocalist/ guitarist Tommy Miller, for my new band and are currently seeking a drummer and a second guitarist. We will be kicking things off very soon .If you have any good band names we are looking for input so if you have any good ones and want to share them please e-mail me or leave it in my guestbook. 9/25/2005 - I just returned from Memphis again, I have decided not to move to Memphis at this time. I will wait and see how things develop with the band. With Scott Jones's injury, the cost of gas, and the hurricanes, it is better not to rush up there. I'll just see how it all goes.While I was in Memphis we jammed again and I was no way prepared to jam with them. I was up there for a different reason and didn't practiced the songs since I returned to Texas so I was sloppy. I have noticed though my style has changed compared to the Medieval Steel style[ 80's]. I have gotten into a heavier syle of music, that M.S. is not playing .They do say they want to get into the heavier music. We will see how it turns out. So until next update keep rockin on.
9/16/2005 - My move to Memphis is still up in the air. Guitarist Scott Jones,for Medieval Steel,may have to have another surgery on his leg that was crushed in an automotive accident. More set backs for the band. So there is no hurry for me returning to the band and I can learn the songs better. Now,I can slow down and get ready to see if everything falls into place. I am also preparing my originals for my own solo project to be updated with all the details later.!

8/27/2005 - I have just returned from Memphis,Tn. The home of Medieval Steel to jam with the band again and we are discussing my return to the band,and relocating to Memphis, from Texas, my current home. It was good to jam with the guys again and it was a blast.I always loved Scott's style and finesse as an guitarist,and Bobby Franklin will always have my favorite voice. Bobby and were in severeal bands before steel and were the best of friends it was great seeing them again. I admit I was way out of practice and didn't feel comfortable with a lot of the tunes. I hope if anything we will keep in touch and maybe put something together !
8/20/2005 - I have just learned that Medieval Steel is interested in me maybe returning to the band to play bass and I have only a few weeks to prepare and unfortunatly I am rusty as hell. I quit playing bass with bands for almost 8 yrs and I have a lot of work ahead of me. So I'm going to do my best and hope the guys are understanding and give me a chance to catch up ! Keep your fingers crossed !
